1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or refund if:
-The item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
-You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
We cannot accept returns for:
-Change of mind
-Books that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition
2. How to Request a Return

-Order number
-Full name
-Picture of the issue (if damaged or incorrect)
We will reply within 24 hours.
3. Return Shipping
If the product is damaged, faulty, or we sent the wrong item:
-Return shipping is free, and we will provide a prepaid label.
If the customer requests a return for other reasons (where eligible):
-Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2-5 working days.
5. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a damaged or incorrect item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
